We want your volunteer experience to be successful and meaningful. Our goal is to make the best possible match between the skills and abilities of a volunteer with the work that the city needs to get done.
All volunteers interested in a regular, ongoing position or short-term projects are required to complete a volunteer application. Your next step is to complete the online application. When we’ve received it, we’ll call you to set up a time to discuss your volunteer interests. If you haven’t heard from us within two weeks, please call 763-509-5230 to make an appointment.
The Police Reserve program has its own application (PDF). Potential volunteers interested in this program must complete the Police Reserve application to be considered for this position.
The Police Explorers program has its own application.
