The Recycling Drop-Off Center is available to all Plymouth residents and small businesses to drop off recyclable materials (the same materials collected in the curbside recycling program). It is located next to the Plymouth Maintenance Facility, 14900 23rd Avenue North.
Operating Hours: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. daily.
The site is closed the following holidays: New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving (both Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve Day, and Christmas Day.

The site opens one hour after the conclusion of the annual Spring drop-off event.
Guidelines for Recycling Materials
Please bring only the materials listed. The site is monitored and video recorded. Individuals who dispose of unacceptable material at the site are subject to a $700 fine and other costs for damages, and may be required to remove the materials.
