On May 22, 2012, the City Council ordered and accepted the Preliminary Engineering Report, ordered and accepted the plans and specifications, called for a public improvement hearing, ordered advertisement for bids, declared the costs to be assessed and set the assessment hearing date. Bids were received on June 19, 2012. The public improvement and assessment hearing and award of contract is anticipated to be held on July 24, 2012.
