Minnesotans will cast ballots in a statewide primary election on Tues., Aug. 14. Plymouth City Clerk Sandy Engdahl discusses absentee voting, as well as the upcoming election. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on election day.
The primary election narrows the field of candidates for the November general election. No city offices will be on the ballot.
