Fourth and fifth grade students are invited to enter their fire prevention posters into the Plymouth Fire Department’s poster contest. The department is sponsoring the contest as one of the events to highlight Fire Prevention Month in October.
The grand prize winner gets a ride to school in a fire truck. In addition, firefighters escort the grand prize winner’s family to a regional poster contest banquet.
Other winners receive cash prizes, provided by the Plymouth Crime and Fire Prevention Fund.
